Spray Dip is a projected and patented system realised by CMS Trading Srl. As Easy Foam, it does not use mechanical parts and it does not need electric current.

Spray Dip is composed of a control unit which which calibrates the pressure, thanks to a connection to the compressed air that is lead to the system and it helps the distribution of the product in the milking parlor through an extension system.
Each extension can reach a length of 3 meters.
The application of the resultant product is made by a dosing pistol  (it adjusts the leak of product). At the extremity of the pistol there’s a cup which guarantees the complete immersion of the udder into the product. It is available a nozzle which sprays the product on the udder, instead of the cup.
The cup had been studied, projected and realised by our team.
The Spray Dip cup is transparent, in order to facilitate the distribution of the product.

All the components are made in Italy and with CE certification

How does SPRAY DIP work?

Spray Dip, thanks to our control unit combined with compressed air, applies through an extension system disinfectant products in the post-milking phase.
The application varies basing on the product used


1) For product containing FILM: immersion cup

2) For more liquid product: spray distribution
