Easy Foam is a projected and patented system realised by CMS Trading Srl. Easy Foam is a machinery which has not mechanical parts and it does not need the use of electric current.

Easy Foam is composed of a control unit which calibrates the pressure, thanks to a connection to the compressed air that is lead to the system. This helps the distribution of the product in the milking parlor throughout an extensions system.
Each extension can reach a length of 3 meters.
The mix takes place through an adjustable generator which guarantees a constant flow and an unvaried density of the mixed product during the application.
The application of the resultant product is made by a dosing pistol (it adjusts the leak of product). At the extremity of the pistol there’s a cup which guarantees the complete immersion of the udder into the product. 
The cup had been studied, projected and realised by our team.
All the components are made in Italy and with CE certification 

How does EASY FOAM work?

Easy Foam is a system able to automatically generate the foam and to directly apply it in the milking parlor throughout an extension system which takes the product already mixed directly to the station.
The system can be used both for mono-component and for two-components products.
